He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Green and Betty Green. He is survived by: his sons, Derrick Wade Green and Mitchell Ryan Green; and his brother Steve Green (Teresa). He is also survived by nephews; cousins; aunts; uncles; and a great nephew.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rick's memory to Valley Grove Baptist Church Children's Building Fund.
