Mavis Morgan Pace Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mavis Morgan Pace of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, who passed away on March 1, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tasker Morgan and Mertie Doss Morgan; her husband J. D. Pace; and her siblings, Virgil Morgan, Ralph Morgan, Verla Seay, Verna Bentley, Ruth Chaney, Nina Tackett, Evon Goode, Vera Johnston and Truby Reynolds.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Louise Porter (John); her grandsons, Christopher Van Riper (Denise) and Kevin Van Riper (Stephanie); and her sister Ivy Byrd. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
