He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Fuller, Sr. and Elisabeth Seal Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Anne Fuller; his daughters, Jada Fuller and Lynne Hice; his grandchildren, Bradley Matthew Denton (Stephanie), Ashley Horne (Brandon) and Brock Garrison Seal; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Horne, Aubrey Denton and Tyler Horne.
