He is survived by: his sons, Jason, Matt Powers of Muscle Shoals, AL and Wesley Smith (Andrea) of Jefferson, GA.; his grandchildren, Zac Powers, Hogan, Watson Smith and Ellie Jae Powers; his brother Kenneth Powers (Elaine); his former wife Paulette Powers Vinson; his niece Stephanie Pless; and his nephew Jeff Powers.
