He was predeceased by: his parents, D. L. "Doc" Hallmark and Era Belle Hallmark; and his siblings, Eloise "Butch" Files (Cliff), Horace Hallmark, Betty Jo Marler (Herbie), Jerri Ruth Patterson (Pat) and George Clifton Hallmark.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his sons, David Hallmark, Wade Defoor (Cherrylyn) and Heath Defoor (Shae); his grandchildren, Savannah, Brelynn Hallmark, Sydney and Landon Defoor; and his brother Richard Hallmark (Gloria). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
