He was predeceased by: his sons, Tommy and Chad Wallace; his parents, Frank Wallace and Bessie Wallace; and his sisters, Carolyn Vandiver and Edna Fay Wallace.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wallace; his daughter Cindy Fowler (Ray); his daughter-in-law Kim Wallace; his siblings, Alfred Wallace and Elizabeth Colbert; his grandsons, Josh Fowler, Matt Fowler (Whitney), Austin Wallace and Eli Wallace; and his great grandchildren, Beckett and Britton Fowler.
