She is survived by: her son Jerry Woolfolk (Lori); her grandchildren, Hannah Maples and Jacob Ross Maples; her great grandchild Sophie Richard; her cousins, James Robert Leatherwood and Jim Pesnell (Paula); and her friend Jo Early.
