She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Riner and Dollie Riner; her husband Jack Gist; her siblings, Ralph Riner and Barbara King; and her sons, Randy Gist and Russ Gist.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Gist (Paula) and Robbie Gist; and her siblings, Marjorie Marthalar and Tom Riner. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Colbert Memorial Chapel (700 US-43, Tuscumbia, AL 35674). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
