He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce King Bell; his parents, Alice Renegar Bell and Fred Bell; and his brother Billy Bell. He is survived by: his children, Heather McCollister (Jeff), Haley Richardson and Michael Richardson (Amy); his grandchildren, Macy, John Michael and Blake McCollister; his children, Alex Miller, Zachary Davis, Kaitlyn, Lauryn, Kynlee, Laynee and Micah Richardson; and his great grandchild Miller Piland.
