She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Rebecca Palmer Joiner and Robert Turner Joiner; and her siblings, Christine Joiner Montgomery (Ajell), Lorene Joiner Baskins, Betty Frances Joiner and Howard Joiner.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy David Moomaw; her daughter Tonya Moomaw Payne (Steve); her grandson Justin Payne (Baily); her sister-in-law Jane Joiner; and her pet Jack.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Washington Park Baptist Church (201 Broadway St NE, Muscle Shoals, AL 35661).
Memorials may be made to Washington Park Baptist Church or St. Jude children's Hospital.
