She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Cunningham; her parents, Allien Smothers and Harvey Smothers; her daughter Theresa Milam; her grandchildren, Kasie Simmons and Dylan Milam; and her son-in-law Ted Pennington.
She is survived by: her children, Sheri Pennington, Becky Swindle (Jason) and Sandy Hamilton (Mickey); her sister Vereda Burris; and her grandchildren, Zachary, Kala, Dusty, Jakob, Amber, Jamie and Shawn. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
