He was predeceased by: his parents, Unes McDougle and Evie McDougle; and his brother Russell Randolph. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ragsdale McDougle; his sons, Anthony McDougle (Mollie) and Timothy McDougle (Cindy); his siblings, Ray McDougle, Paul McDougle and Patricia Adkins; his grandchildren, Ross McDougle, Katelyn Mosby and Ethan Askew; and his great grandchild Braxton Mosby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
