He is survived by: his wife Patsy Stephens; his sons, Jeff Stephens (Tonya) and Brian "Homer" Stephens (Amy); his siblings, Leon Stephens (Judy), Jimmy Mack Stephens (Darenda), Charles "Corky" Stephens and Nell Herd; his sister-in-law Annie Stephens; his grandchildren, Jordan, Kendall, Brody and Raegan; and his great grandchild Kortlyn.
