She was predeceased by: her husband James T. Stevens, Sr.; her daughter Tammy Sue Stevens; her parents, Herman E. McNeal and Elsie O. McNeal; her granddaughters, Misty Goodwin and Dee Dee Mosley; her brothers, Billy McNeal and Gary McNeal; and her stepmother Madeline McNeal.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Watson (Jerry), Sherry Goodwin, Wayne Haney, James Stevens (Elizabeth), Michael Stevens (Nicci) and Jonathan Stevens (Sherri); and her siblings, Sue Bedford, Vickie Butterworth, Effie Martin, Susan Vickey, Glenda Triplett, Tommie Phipps, Shirley Evatt, Doug McNeal (Sue) and Joe McNeal (Della).
