Martha Jane Dean Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Jane Dean (Munford, Alabama), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on March 15, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Dean; her parents, Thomas Scott and Katherine Scott; and her siblings, Niel, Thomas, Frank, Jimmy and Sally.
She is survived by: her children, George R. Vana (Patricia), Christine M. Griffin, Jimmie Nell Mathis (James), Hilda Dean Doucet (Mike), Kathy Stamps (Kenneth) and Katy White; and her sister Margaret Reed (Paul). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or to Cancer Research.
