He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Wade and Willie Bea Wade; and his siblings, Jimmy Charles Wade, Billy Floyd Wade and Jerry Phillip Wade.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jane Rawlings and Norma Grizzard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
