She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Stephens and Nora Bell Stephens; her husband David Wade; and her daughter Carolyn Jones. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Walker, Debbie Ruiz (David), Gina Dison (Terry) and Vicky Wade. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, numerous nieces and nephews.
