He is survived by: his wife Jenna Mayfield; his children, Grant Mayfield, Heather McKibbon (Mason) and Matrix Corke; his father Tim Mayfield; his siblings, Anneliese Mayfield Jivan (Alex) and Richard Mayfield; and his nieces and nephews, Bryant Whitney, Christian Hart, Erich Hart, Nathan Waldrop, Jonathan Ponder, Ramsey Whitney, Heidi Hart, Kriscenda Aaron, Gracie Ponder and Sigma Nu Fraternity. He is also survived by brothers, and a host of extended family members and friends.
