He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Katakam (Shawn) and Hope Cook (Brian); his grandchildren, Katie, Ethan, Ella, Levi and Alivia Cook; his daughters, Zevon Garth, Lauren Friaz (Kevin), Tehran Hines and Serenity Katakam; his great grandchild Atlas Wayne Friaz; his siblings, Jean Jones, Rebel Foye and Russell Waldrop; and his friends, Ronald Harmon and Jake Hubbard.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church (2650 McIntosh Rd, Oxford, AL 36203).
