She is survived by: her children, Thomas Lackey Jr. (LaDonna), William Lackey of Pensacola, FL and Melanie Berry (Don) of Grand Bay, AL; her sister Ruth Hewitt of Birmingham; and her grandchildren, Tia Berry, Tanya Berry, Hannah Peterson and Brook Peterson.
