He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Arthur and Robert Arthur; and his grandsons, Jonathan Watts-Arthur and Timothy Watts-Arthur. He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Arthur; his children, Frankey Arthur (Regina), Robert Arthur and Tawanna Shiflett (Ricky); and his grandchildren, Amber Quilliams (Billy), Angelica Grossy (Camille), Jessica Stephens (Derek) and Michael Shiftlett. He is also survived by three brothers and three sisters.
