Arthur; his children, Frankey Arthur (Regina), Robert Arthur and Tawanna Shiflett (Ricky); and his grandchildren, Amber Quilliams (Billy), Angelica Grossy (Camille), Jessica Stephens (Derek) and Michael Shiftlett. He is also survived by three brothers and three sisters.
