She was predeceased by: her mother Virginia Joy Spivey; her son Charles Hartford; her siblings, Tommy, Ronald and Tammy; and her pet Sophie.
She is survived by: her children, Jamy Cooper (Rod), Cheri Swinehart (Dave) and Jimmy Dale Hartford; her daughter-in-law Betsy; her great grandchildren, Mitchell, Greyson, Sullivan, Lilah, Bailey, Aubrey, Madilyn, Logan, Harlan, Millie, Sawyer, Rhett and Charleigh; her significant other Milton Larry Smith; and her pet Jax. She is also survived by siblings, and extended family members and friends.
