He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Anita Wells, Carmen Hafley (Tim) and Richard Liberty Jr. (Pamela); his stepdaughter Marion Nieves; his grandchildren, Melissa Mizzell, Rodney Dean (Meridith) and Tim Hafley Jr.; and his great grandchild Landon Daniel.
