He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Jane Finley and Elmer Lee Finley; his siblings, Michael Finley, Billy Raines and Lisa Marie Finley; his nephew Donald Ray Raines; and his grandchildren, Brandon Henderson Finley and Brandy Sue Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Finley; his daughters, Tanya Finley, Tennille Finley, Raven Washburn (Blake), Kayla Geier (Bruce) and Courtney Finley; his siblings, Donald Ray Finley, Tim Finley and Debbie Wells; and his grandchildren, Miah Osborne, Gabriel Finley, Dalton Osborne, Jathan Finley, Autumn Geier, Danika Clark, William Clayton Washburn and Jaelynn Guyton. He is also survived by 43 nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
