She is survived by: her mother Sheila Hunter; her children, John Daryl Knapp, Jr. (Summer Carr), Hunter Duane Knapp, Anna Michell Knapp (Steven Mathis), Natilee Star Knapp, Saybree Sky Knapp and Sammi Kristen Blair Waites (Donny Donahue, Jr.); her siblings, Perry Lackey and Kitty Lathem; her grandchildren, Dysin Ray-Anthony McConathy and Brycen Grey Knapp; her nephews, A. J. Lackey and Wade Lackey; and her close friends, Ariel Dial, Heather Turner and John Knapp, Sr..
