He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Patricia Ann Duke and Martha Denham Haynes. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Duke; his son Clinton David Lewis Duke; his parents, Mike Duke and Tina Duke; his siblings, Erin Duke (Elizabeth Duke) and Cheslee Duke; his grandfather Columbus Duke Jr.; and his stepdaughters, Brooke Hodo (Brent), Alexis Frisby (Weston) and Lauren White (Joe). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and many friends.
