She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bubba" Ruddy; and her parents, James Leo Carmack and Gertrude Carmack. She is survived by: her children, Bridget Bartlett (Jerry), Craig Price (Doris) and Susie Thomas (Jim); her grandchildren, Jennifer Petrosky (Junior), Amanda Thomas, Michael Cosby (Katie), Jesse Thomas, Cathryn Smith, Shelly Ann Goings (Lance), Alexis Locke and Seth Thomas (Lillie Holderfield); her great grandchildren, Breanna, Ashley Petrosky, Aiden Blankenship, Levi Hannah, Alissa, Ethan Cosby, Alyona Thomas, Aubry, Krisslyn, Karley Smith, Waylon Price, Levon Goings, Wyatt Moon and Lincoln Thomas; her brother Harold Dean Carmack; her sisters-in-law, Geraldine Carmack and Shelly Carmack; and her stepbrother Bill Curley (Kat). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Curtis and Son Funeral Home Childersburg Chapel (1099 1st Ave NE, Childersburg, AL 35044). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
