He was predeceased by: his parent Ella Mae Fields; and his brother Jim Fields. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Fields; his children, Alan Fields (Byran), Eddie Fields (Denise), David Wathen (Nickie) and Rachel Fields (Mike); and his brothers, Jerry Fields (Norma) and John Fields (Mary Jo). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
