He was predeceased by: his parent Gertrude Forrester Ogletree; and his brother Gerald "Bunky" Ogletree. He is survived by: his wife Nell Clark Ogletree; his daughters, Christy Hawker of Palmetto Florida and Anita LeMay (Steve) of Mountain Brook; his grandchildren, Lake LeMay of Asheville, Clark LeMay of Mountain Brook, Laura Sellmer (Josh) of Myakka City, Amanda Hawker of Sarasota and Drew Hawker of Bradenton; his great grandchild Peyton Sellmer; and his sisters, Doris Bowker, Judy Bedsole (James) of Sheffeild and Linda Roberts (Murray).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to the Greater Birmingham Humane Society in Mojo's honor.
