She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Robert Henry Ballard. She is survived by: her children, Robert Henry Ballard, Jr. and Melissa Ballard Jones; her daughter-in-law Sandra Bolen Ballard; and her grandchildren, Robert Henry Ballard, III, William Payton Ballard, Vivian Carlisle Ballard, Ballard Alexander Jones and Hayden Elizabeth Jones.
