She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Cecil Leslie and Sue Page Leslie of Tuscaloosa. She is survived by: her husband William H. Ray; her daughters, Suzanne Ray Hoye (Jim) and Katherine Ray Gaines (Buddy); her grandchildren, Leslie Elizabeth Peerson, William Wade Peerson, Julia Gaines Spencer (Josh) and Mary Gaines Brocato (Brian); her great grandchildren, Kylie Peerson, Sterling Wade Peerson, Ethan, Zachary Spencer, Fletcher, Mia and Joe Brocato; and her brother Owen Cecil Leslie, Jr..

The family has suggested that in lieu of remembrances, memorials may be made to the church, John Croyle's Big Oak Ranch, or a charity of your choice.
