He was predeceased by: his wife Martha McAnnally Quinn; his parents, Elmus Verdo Quinn and Linner Adline Gurley Quinn; his son Thomas Allen Quinn; and his grandson Peter Timothy Quinn.

He is survived by: his son Terry Elmus Quinn (Laura) of Marietta, Georgia; his grandson Patrick Quinn of Marietta, Georgia; and his daughter-in-law Esther Ray Quinn of Birmingham.
