With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane W. Brabston (Mountain Brook, Alabama), who passed away on December 23, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert James Williams, Jr. and Vesta Lee Edwins Williams; her husband Eugene Willis Brabston; her son James Kenneth Brabston; and her siblings, Robert James Williams, III, Mary Jane Morgan and Martin Calhoun Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Eugene Willis Brabston, Jr. (Trinka), Kathryn Brabston Buck (John) and Michelle Brabston Rose (Mike); her grandchildren, Dr. Eugene "Will" W. Brabston, III (Danielle), Jeanette Brabston Hightower (Will), James Harris Brabston, Kathryn Buck Cotter (Adam), John Benjamin Buck (Ashley), Andrew Jay Rose, Mary Jane Elizabeth Rose, Sarah Elizabeth Brabston and James Campbell Brabston; and her sisters-in-law, Yorke Williams and Beverly Williams. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Out of an abundance of caution due to Covid 19, a private graveside service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Saint Luke's Episcopal Church, Samaritan's Purse, or a charity of your choice.
