He was predeceased by: his daughter Tracy Rutland Sheffield; and his siblings, Jerry Rutland and Uldine Carlson. He is survived by: his wife Alice Simison Rutland; his sons, Ray Rutland (Linda), Tony Rutland (Katina Dungan) and Joe Rutland (Roxanne Lourcey); and his grandchildren, Hope Creekmore (Andy), Jeremy Rutland (Lacey), Sean Rutland (Kortnie), Chad Sheffield, Brandon Sheffield (Ashley), Corey Rutland, Kaitlin Rutland, Emma Rutland and Abby Rutland. He is also survived by 14 Great Grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Seabury, Tom Harris, Keith Rivers, Richie McLain, Dink Knight, Jr., Anthony Sheffield, Corey Rutland, Jeremy Rutland and Sean Rutland. ***The family requests that masks be worn and also to practice social distancing due to Mrs. Alice's current health condition.
