He is survived by : his children, Noel DeBouver, III, Darby B. Weaver, Jr., Darbina Weaver, and his grandchildren, Darbie Ann Phillis, Jerrell Byrd, Jr., Joseph Byrd, Kayla Marie Weaver, William McClain, Richard DeBouver, IV, Joshua DeBouver, Daniel DeBouver, Sarah DeBouver, his great grandchildren, Ian Phillis, Aleigha Phillis, Madison Phillis, Emma, Jax, Kamden, Scarlett, Emmalynn Hoobler, Madison Hoobler, Cameron Hoobler; his sister Levert Lofton, ahost of cousins, and extended family in the Choctaw Nation of Indians Weaver Community of Mobile County, Alabama.
