It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Martin of Mount Olive, Alabama, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on August 7, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Rayford Martin. She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria Martin Banes and Rhonda Ward; and her grandchildren, Leslie Banes Campbell (Jay), Lori Banes, Jeff Hannah (Jeannine), Sonya Newland and Angela Cantu (David). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
