She is survived by: her husband Jerry R Lankford; her sons, Jeffrey Lankford (Liz), David Lankford (Danelle) and Curtis Lankford (Brooke); her grandchildren, Jonathan Lankford (Bethany), Jessica Bonner (Barry), Andrew Lankford, Cole Lankford, Presley Lankford Chapman (Dakota) and Alayna Lankford; her great grandchildren, Darcy, Daisy, Barrett, Rylee and Sam; her sisters, Elizabeth Godwin and Jo Ann Speigle; and her nephew Don Rutledge.
