She was predeceased by: her husband Albert E. Thomas; and her parents, Nezzie Powell and David Powell. She is survived by: her son Albert E. Thomas III (Susan); and her grandchildren, Kayla Helms (Jeremy), Karlee Thomas (Savannah), Valen, Vanessa and Samantha. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
