He is survived by: his wife Gale Mayfield Gipson; his daughter Kimberly Gipson Warren; his grandson Andrew Gipson Sawyer; his brother Michael Gipson (Cindy); his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Mayfield Rhodes (late Billy Rhodes) and Randy Mayfield (Susan); and his nieces, Lindsay Mayfield Jackson, Tena Rhodes Fleming, Renee Rhodes Dickinson and Christi Rhodes Martin (Keith). He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, and a lot of cousins and friends he loved.
