She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Julia Grover Garner and Perry Garner, Sr.; her siblings, Perry, Eugene, Gary and Ruth; and her children, Curtis Blakely, Dorothy Blakely-Stanton, Perry Hill (James), Josephine Dukes-Bland, Brenda Blackman, Edna Washington (Darwin) and Vivian Glover. She was also cherished by 18 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren; a very special sister-in-law, Gwenda (Tommy) Spencer, six nephews, a host of friends.
