He was predeceased by: his parents, Algie Willett and Wanda Willett; his brother Timothy Willett; and his nephew Robert Powell. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Willett; his children, Wayne Willett (Shelby) and Christa Guinn (Brent); his grandchildren, Cole Willett (Madison), Peyton Willett, Hunter Willett, Aubrey Willett and Paislee Guinn; his sister Donna Snider; his nephew Kevin Powell (Tamara); his niece Torri Powell; his brothers-in-law, Gary McCandless (Ashley) and Steve Snider; his great-nieces, Madison, Presley Kate and Mallory Powell; and his great-nephew Kade Powell.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gardendale Heritage Funeral Home (2214 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, AL 35071). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
