He was predeceased by: his wife Beulah McCleney; and his parents, Charles McCleney and Madeline McCleney. He is survived by: his children, Starter, Adam Smith (Tammy), Wendy Willmon and Kelli Harper (Dwight); his grandchildren, Gabrielle Smith, Holli Willmon, Samantha Willmon, Hannah Smith, David Willmon and Shiann Harper; his great grandchild Ashton Dickinson; and his siblings, Wanda Hill (Steve) and Harold McCleney (Nelda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, family and friends.
