It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Lois Cooner of Mount Olive, Alabama, who passed away on November 8, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Burleson and Sadie Burleson; her former husband Howard Cooner; her husband J. R. Vines; her sons, Wyatt Norris and Timothy Norris; her granddaughter Kristy Jean; her great grandchildren, Ethan Gooch and Courtney Jean; and her sisters, Nola Stults, Opal Vickery and Fay Bulluck.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane Jean (Dennis); her grandchildren, Keith Jean (Jennifer), Matthew Norris (Morgan) and Meghan Norris; her great grandchildren, Mikah Brown, Adrian Gooch, Peyton, Jude, Audrey Norris, Sophia and Ella Rose Norris; and her sisters, Mary Higdon and Doris Grubbs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
