She was predeceased by: her parents, George Leavy (Geraldine Handibode Leavy) and Geraldine Leavy. She is survived by: her husband James Farrell; and her siblings, Julia Leavy, George Leavy, Richard Leavy and William Leavy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
