He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Smith and Louise Scruggs Smith; and his siblings, Morris Smith and Jean Smith. He is survived by: his former wife Patsy Graham Smith; his children, Ronnie Smith of Mt Hope, Patti Smith of Russellville and Joan Bolton (Eddie) of Russellville; his sister Sarah Herring (Harold); his grandchildren, Lyndi Little, Corey Bolton, Sydney Green and Evan Bolton; and his great grandchildren, Dakota, Jaxon and Maggie Mae.
