She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Williams and Betty Williams. She is survived by: her husband Coach John Smith, Jr.; her children, Trey Smith, Taylor Smith (Megan) and Jane Carol McClain (Jonathan); her grandsons, Tannon and Lincoln McClain; and her sisters, Charlotte Anderton and Amy Henley (Lonnie). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley or Dementia Research.
