He was predeceased by: his parents, William Parker and Mary Parker; and his siblings, Roy, Melvin Parker and Marie Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Sutton Parker; his children, Lanita Parker, Jeffrey Parker and Carla Czarnota (Kevin); his grandchildren, Belinda Brantley, Tiffany Watts, Stephanie, Mitchell, Christina, Jon-Curtis and Bree Czarnota; his great grandchildren, Gracie, William Brantley, Kira Watts and Jonathan Nunn; his son Rickey Knowles (Sherri); his grandchildren, Tequila Knowles Rodgers and Justin Knowles; and his sister Bobbie Landers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
