He is survived by: his sons, Michael Simmons (Tanya) and Carlton Simmons (Lesley St John); his grandchildren, Justynn Simmons, Ryan Braddock, Chris Simmons (Kristal Nelson), Jessica Simmons, Ashleigh Kish, Hunter Simmons, Shelby Simmons, Kasey Phillips (Austin), Tyler Simmons, Cianna and Isabella Banks; his great great grandchildren, Anna Bayleigh Kish, Charli Rose Kish, Dawson, Jaime, Emi Banks, Kade, Elleigh and Maddie Turner; and his close friend Barbara Nell Averette. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
