She is survived by: her children, Sue Cook Hardy (Butch) of Moundville, William Wade Cook (Sara) of Akron, Kenneth Wayne Cook (Paula) of Moundville and James Darrell Cook (Sibyle) of Greensboro. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
